這一段話浮現自我昨天的靜心冥想時間。

其實對於我們而言，永遠存在的都是片刻片刻片刻的現在現在現在。

永遠我們都處在當下和現在，用現在所知最好的方式在處理眼前的每一個問題和活著。

但是，這個當下的最好當然受到許多條件的多重影響，例如我們的生活方式條件，甚至當時環境以及週邊的人給我們的局限，當時的身體心理心靈狀態，以及我們每時每刻的智慧經驗。

例如現在這個當下，我們就是在這些所有條件混合之下，試圖做到當下的最好。以前的時間軸的每個當下亦然。

但是，當然例如身體不舒服的時候，或是家裡有人長期需要照顧，或是自己心裡不舒服的時候，當然都影響我們所謂的當時能做到的最好。

回頭去看以前的每時每刻的當下的自己，或許有些值得驕傲，有些不盡現在的理想，但是依當時我們所在的整體狀況跟環境的條件限制，那已經是當時我們每時每刻所能做到的最佳版本的自己。

如果我們在這個當下的環境條件下有能力做到更好，相信不會有人刻意表現的差一點!

而且，當時我們的想望跟今天的想望已經不同（***我這個靈魂跟其他靈魂的主要想望跟追求的主要基本價值也當然不同），所以當時的我們能做到的最好當然不同，因為我們每時每刻不斷產生新的想望跟新的理想版本的自己的定義。

只是，人生本來就不是一個求最好的競賽，而是一個靈魂自我學習體驗的自我競賽場。所以不可能去否定以前每時每刻當下自己所能做到的最好和某一個過去的當下時刻最努力的自己。

我們永恆無止盡在以自己的方式，速度跟選擇永恆不輟的進化中，不斷的變為一個更佳版本的自己。

信任每一個當下，

我們一定都已經努力做到

當時的最好的可能了。

不管是過去，現在，還是未來。

它們全部叫做當下一刻的現在。

如果我們夠信任自己跟這個本然的過程，

我們 一直 永遠 每時每刻

都正努力做到最好中。

那我又為什麼吸引一個多重障礙的寶貝來到的生命中呢?

我近來不斷的在研究關於顯化(Manifestaion)和吸引力法則相關的主題。它們也就是順從著我冥想靜心時內心的直覺跟指引而投入的。

記得幾年前秘密(The Secret)這本書最當紅暢銷的時候，那時候好幾年大家都在談吸引力法則。而其實，秘密的作者Rhonda Byrney研究吸引力法則時，去參加了高靈亞伯拉罕(Abraham channeled by Esther Hicks)談吸引力法則的座談會，因為高靈亞伯拉罕大概是最早開始談吸引力法則和最著重談吸引力法則的一位高靈(高等智慧的意識群體)。

其實，吸引力法則是好幾條宇宙基本法則的其中之一。並不是宇宙唯一的一個法則。但是吸引力法則跟地心引力一樣確實發生而可以實證。就像是吸鐵的原理一樣，任何我們專注其上的都會擴大。

最白話淺顯的談，使用網路時，如果我們去關注一條新聞，其他相似的十幾條新聞會自動跳出來。

或是，在網路購物時，如果我們去關注搜尋每一類的商品，之後一段日子類似的商品或是你瀏覽過的商品會自動跳出來提醒你要不要買，或是主動告訴你，或許你對另外幾樣商品也會有興趣?

以上這麼淺顯的事，都跟吸引力法則很相似。

觀念上來說，我們相信的價值觀，就會主動收集相似的實例來援引強化我們原有的價值觀跟信念。

但是，最令人氣結的事，當好事或超級大好事發生，我們說是我們吸引來的那很合理，當壞是或是超級大壞事發生時，說是我們或那些人吸引來的，就令人根本無法接受，不然的話，當有壞是或是超級大壞事發生在自己身上時，親身實證便知，誰在這種時候還說什麼風涼話的一定不是真心的關懷(例如說是某些影響很多人的天災人禍發生時，應該沒有人敢說是他們吸引來的)?

而其實，我們所有人都不例外生命中必然都有好事(超級大好事)跟壞事(超級大壞事)的發生，不過他們可能是生命編織出來的必然的人生功課，跟走向更高級的環形階梯。靈魂跟宇宙是不談我們認定的好事壞事的，所有的好壞發生，都有更大的善意在背後，靈魂談進化跟整體全面的生命藍圖功課，不談我們表面看似的好壞二元之分，換個角度想，如果好壞是一片吐司的兩面，那宇宙的意圖跟背後更大的善意是在那片吐司的上面看，沒有好也沒有壞，好跟壞是那同一片吐司的兩面。

記得就在秘密那本書最暢銷時，當時好友問我一句話，那孩子缺氧跟導致肢體等障礙的事，會不會是你吸引來的?或是那些貧困的國家的人是他們吸引來的境遇，只要不要去觀注壞事情就好了?當時突然被她那樣一問，又在剛剛接觸吸引力法則的起頭，我一時無法說什麼?只是，我想我當時夠厚道的是:沒有反問她那時常需要伸手跟你拿錢，讓你無法存錢的家人們，是不是也是你吸引來的?因為，厚道的人，千萬不要把別人生命中的至痛拿來閒聊，等於在他人的傷口上灑鹽。而且，我們也同時有等比例的好事跟天賜之福發生在我們的生命中啊!

而且，我們從人(自我或小我)的高度上看到的只有一片吐司兩面的好壞二元對立之分，我們看不到吐司上面的超越好壞的更高的角度。叢宇宙跟造物主，生命藍圖跟靈魂出生前的計劃，生命任務跟使命的角度，是沒有單純好壞二元對立之分，每一件好事或壞事，都反而是靈魂成長的沃土跟資源，所謂的好事壞事，跟不好不壞的事，它們都是通往靈魂進化跟人生使命的環型階梯的一部分!

以下是我今晨靜心冥想時浮現的真心感受:就是我記得我從小最喜歡和關注的人，通常都不是那種最傑出或驕傲的人。我最感到共鳴跟親和的，往往都是那些比較平凡樸實，甚至是有些缺憾的謙卑的人!在需要幫助的人身邊，我感覺到很真實，就是錦上添花，參加喜宴慶祝那種的事我沒興趣，反而是當別人有挫折缺憾的時候，那種很真誠真實又謙卑平凡的樣子最引起我的共鳴跟陪伴。我的靈魂有一部分很擅長同理感受別人的心，特別是有缺憾的那個部分，而不是志得意滿，趾高氣昂的那個部分！

而我擅長安慰陪伴同理別人，而不是改變強迫別人。而一個人有挫折缺憾的時候，在我眼裡和心裡比一個人志得意滿的時候還要來得真誠跟美，如果問我為什麼反而吸引這樣缺氧導致肢體及其他障礙的孩子或境遇，來同修彼此靈魂的藍圖和計畫，我現在會這麼回答，因為他們比起凡事在高點的人的人，更美，更真實而更動人!而且我從小就一直對靈性世界與靈魂成長更有興趣，遠甚於對物質實相的關注！

這一篇是關於私人的旅遊經驗跟飯店訂房選擇，以前我們碰過像是抵達的時間離可以使用飯店房間的入住時間還有幾個小時，那等待的時間會很漫長而痛苦，因為已經經過差不多二十二到二十四小時的奔波(從例如台北的家出發奔波直到最後抵達倫敦飯店的房間裡頭)。然後即使飯店有時候「可能/不一定」可以讓我們提早入住(*如果房間已經打掃好的話)，但是那種不確定性還是很高，還是多多少少都要等待，但是已經在外面奔波了快二十四個小時都還沒有盥洗沐浴，也不可能在那種一天未梳洗沐浴和休息過的狀態先去附近走走。

所以，後來我們換了一個方法是：多訂一天的房間，好比雖然是早上五點多會到飯店，但我們從前一天開始訂入住，這樣的話，我們可以一抵達飯店就直接順利進去休息沐浴。

在更之前還試過先訂一天單人房先梳洗沐浴用，結果還必須換房換樓層更麻煩，而且倫敦的單人房可能超級迷你，三個人加行李跟床剛好塞滿，難以移動，那次還碰到那間單人房怎麼沒有打掃過的樣子，後來又改良直接多訂一天的三人房。

但是，今年又碰到了新的經驗，就是如果退房的時間比到機場回程的時間又有幾個小時的時間差，反而必須寄行李(多搬一次)，而且善善這樣情緒固著的孩子會執著要回他的房間去，如果使用*多住幾個小時多付費約房價一半的方式，時間差又很難完全剛剛好，因為飯店需要打掃，還是會有時間差，無論如何退房的時間都很難跟去機場的時間剛剛好。

所以如果要旅程舒適一點跟去除飯店住房退房的時間差的不便的話，最好是去跟回都多訂一天，等於是多訂兩天的房間，這樣就可以自由不受限制的入住跟退房，畢竟對我們帯這樣的孩子高難度高體力支出的到遠國自助旅行來說，節省體力跟避免入住退房的時間差，盡可能最輕鬆舒適而增加愉悅，是比那兩天的住房費用還要更珍貴而重要的!畢竟本來連在自己熟悉的家或自家熟悉的車上照顧特殊的寶貝都已經夠辛苦的了，更不要說是去遠國自助旅行!盡可能舒適愉悅第一!!!
