換習慣的更深層是為了換腦袋(Reframe Your Mind)

In a deeper sense of building positive habits 
knowing Why firmly,
we are Reframing Our Minds to reach the higher level.

昨天寫到了最近的新的習慣,想繼續寫一件事:為什麼有時候我們已經建立的好習慣會被中斷而消失,高靈亞伯拉罕曾經談過那是因為那個好習慣的較高的振動頻率還沒有夠穩固堅實,換言之只有換了習慣,還沒有換腦袋,沒有換習慣深層的那個為什麼的思考模式。

所以,凡事知道為什麼,確認想要達成目標的原因跟目標是最重要的!

至於如何,那是整個宇宙的事,我們的功課是確認目標跟弄清楚背後最深刻的原因。那整個宇宙都會聯合起來幫助我們實現,特別是沒有力量也很強大的懷疑害怕(doubt/fear)在同時掣肘的目標。

雖然世界上沒有所謂的一套成功的絕對的定義,因為所謂成功有很多種或是很多方面,例如一個運動員的成功不一定是其他人想要的那一種成功,換言之成功有很多面很多種,別人的成功不一定是我們想要的那一種。但是,我們會仰望孺慕的人通常身上有我們想要的那種成功的一部分特質。

只是,不論是任何一個人,我想都絕對有某方面比自己成功,或是某方面沒有自己成功的兩種人。

而談到習慣,我相信某方面比我們成功而使我們仰望學習的人,一定整個思考模式跟習慣都不一樣。好的習慣跟情緒智商一定比較多。換言之,當每一天做了一模一樣的事,例如從起床開始,一定在每一個行動裏面都有更好的習慣跟更好的思考模式。換言之,世界上一定又相對有某方面沒有我們成功的人,一樣的他們的差別又很可能是在做每一件事的習慣跟思考差異上。我相信,我們辦得到的事,當然一定有人辦不到或是早就被擊倒,或是過著生活品質比較差的人生。

換言之,好習慣的背後,更重要的是思維模式跟換腦袋。

而換腦袋,是對自己的習慣負責,不只對自己的好習慣負責,深刻清楚為什麼我們要維持那些好習慣的背後的深刻的意義,也是對自己的壞習慣負責,找出那些壞習慣的背後的深刻的意義跟影響力。

例如談談對自己不利的習慣,雖然說人本來就不是精確和不停生產中的機器人,但是我有兩個不利自己的習慣,是可以調整思考的。

1.看英文犯罪偵查影集是我的最大放空方式,特別是在真的很心煩或需要分心不再想問題的時候,雖然比起抽菸喝酒吸毒等等真正的壞習慣,看影集不是什麼真正的壞習慣。此外,我也不看新聞,因為我談過要看壞事還不如看假的壞事的影集(犯罪調查影集),除了不是真的,還比較具有娛樂休閒價值,而且我喜歡推理劇,推理劇會讓我從現實煩惱中放空。而且,要不然就閱讀,不然看看電視時在不想再看教化人心之類的內容,是為了真正的休閒娛樂。

不過身心靈老師Preston Smiles在Love Louder這本書裏有談到,他以前也很喜歡看犯罪偵查影集,雖然不是什麼真的壞習慣,不過這種興趣會讓人比較不容易相信所有身邊的人都是有愛的,比較容易猜疑預防他人,或是無法相信人本來是安全的。

這一點我覺得有道理,像我記得我偶然在看到其他頻道在介紹有人想在安靜偏遠的無人島上置產,給孩子自然的童年時,我看到他們介紹什麼戶外的茅廁碼頭等等,的確會先聯想到犯罪偵查影集裡發生過的各種壞事,然後覺得很危險,而不是清幽自在。

或是在The School of Greatness這本書裏談到世界上最富裕的人的每日習慣之一就是:一天不會花超過30分鐘的時間看電視(我猜包括不會花很多時間滑手機平板隨意瀏覽)。

我可以知道為什麼,如果每天有更重大生命意義和任務的人,怎麼可能會花時間在電視上閒晃。而且,通常電視有廣告,往往休息的時段不一定剛好有想看的節目,或是不會剛剛好照自己的休息時斷播出結束,於是時常都是在按遙控器和看不是自己真正想看的內容,又花了很多時間在廣告。

另外,我又一個睡前習慣聽影片聽到睡著的習慣,因為除非當天非常累,不然我要睡著比較花時間,這樣雖然感覺不浪費時間,和可以多出時間自主學習,可是也容易變成睡前仍在使用3c和螢幕,或是有時候聽到有興趣的話題,精神也會為之一振,而影響到睡眠品質不穩定。

雖然人不太可能全部都是好習慣,變成有紀律的機器人,可是我覺得除了換腦袋外,去檢視不利自己的習慣,和知道背後為什麼的深刻原因,才能真正的換一個越來越趨近我們想要的成功的腦袋和思維模式(生活習慣)!同時我們相對某方面沒有我們成功的人,一定又已經有一個不同層次的腦袋跟思考行為模式跟堅持!

談談最近的新習慣(My New Daily Habits)

美國的暢銷書作家Gretchen Rubin寫了一系列談建立好的生活習慣有助快樂程度的書,包含了The Happiness Project, Happier Than Before, Happier At Home,我觀察她的思考模式跟風格,甚至面相,覺得她很可能跟我一樣是摩羯座的人,至少很可能是土象星座的人。因為我也還蠻喜歡建立習慣跟遵循某種固定模式來家加強安全感,近一步「不斷提升」自我的

隨著善善放假兩個月又開學了,我們也在全面重新調整作息跟做事情和睡眠的時間,所以今天是一個重新適應和建立新作息的日子。

總之,我目前已經穩固下來的習慣是:早晚寫五分鐘的感恩日記(5 Minute Journal),我之前有寫過五分鐘日記的格式跟內容,和心理學的原理了。最重要的就是,感恩是最高的振動頻率,所以能在睡前跟起床後先著眼在感恩的事情,能夠讓人一天容易進入順流而非逆流的狀態。

就是短短寫下早上感到感恩的三件事:

然後寫下怎麼讓今天美好順利:
What would make today great? 
1.
2.
3.

接著寫正面肯定語
Daily affirmations. I am__________

睡前寫下今天發生的三件好事:

我如何讓今天更美好順利:
How could I have made today better?

總之,以上我持續寫五分鐘日記至少已經達到一個半月以上的時間,已經超過一般來說建立新習慣需要的21天。所以我確實已經習慣早晚要寫五分中日記,甚至有延伸的版本,就是欣賞日記。例如是一天的中間如果我們出門,為了提升振動頻率和維持自己在中心(grounding),在車上的時間,我會寫下至少三件我欣賞的人事物(I appreciate...1.2.3.),因為高靈亞伯拉罕談過,欣賞也是非常高的振動頻率,代表我們欣賞造物者的創造物。

除了早晚寫感恩日記,日中如果想要增加,短短寫下欣賞日記外,我另外有幾個正在穩固中的新習慣(有的習慣是原來就有在做,但把它們列出來寫下來有利於鞏固它們為確認的習慣)。

包含了The School of Greatness裏面列出的世界上最富裕的人的每日習慣中的三個,因為作者Lewis Howes建議讀者一次加入三個他們的習慣,直到鞏固為自己的習慣,那就可以慢慢收集完他們所有的習慣。

我最近有納入和鞏固中的三個習慣(The Daily Habbits of The Wealthiest People In The World是):
1.Maintain A TO-DO LIST.(寫下清楚的每日重要代辦事項)
2.Read 30+minutes each day(一天至少閱讀三十分鐘以上)
3.Exercise 4 days a week /the author recommends 5 days, with daily movement (一周運動四到五天)

以上談到運動,其實我目前是每天運動,就跟每天寫五分鐘日記一樣,我自己偏好的運動除了踩室內腳踏車(因為最方便又不佔空間,沒有天氣跟交通及安全考量)外,另外是深蹲跟做壺鈴重量訓練。我們家之前也有買過一個跳床,因為跳床對心肺功能和預防骨質疏鬆有幫助!在九月份我有添購了一台新的折疊式室內腳踏車,因為原來這台以經使用了近三年,希望汰換成一台更符合理想條件的。而且其實室內腳踏車並不昂貴,卻很好用和常(耐)用!

然後,我的健身目標從之前的希望練出腹肌變成現在的新目標:>希望永遠維持結實的高肌肉量中低體脂體態。

因為其實在2014年我就有達到當時的健身目標:練出腹肌跟中低體脂。

我的腹肌是2014年後一直都有維持著(加上我們抱/照顧善善其實時常需要用到核心力量跟大量的活動),不過體脂這一環跟隨時變動的生活型態乃至壓力等等環環相扣,基本上跟整個生活型態完全相關,不是單單只有運動一環的因素,包含了永遠留心飲食,減少壓力,和配合自己新陳代謝的變化而改變飲食方式。

我還有一個新增的習慣是一早起床服用酵素,因為自從五月去英國自助旅行那幾天上廁所十分順暢(拜時差因素,因為每天都會很早起床,所以起床後還有好幾個小時才會準備出門,有放鬆上廁所的充裕時間跟心情,而且因此早上排空不必去上公廁),回來後幾個月上廁所狀況變得不穩定,但回想大概兩年前我有一陣子飲食生活健康,甚至一天能夠在三餐後排空三次,感覺體內非常舒暢良好乾淨!但是,總之,每年每天每個月的生活型態跟外境都會改變,很難一直維持在之前的最佳狀態,因為人的身體也是有機體,不是常態不變的機器人。

所以說,從大概一個月前我開始在早上服用酵素之後,上廁所的狀況有慢慢回復正常順暢許多,除了昨天大概知道善善今天第一天要回復上學的作息,心裡暫時有多出的壓力,所以只有昨天沒有正常排空。就是服用酵素這件事,最好是長期維持。因為上廁所順暢與否,實在是影響感受的天大的事!所以補充服用酵素對我來說是個平價方便的好習慣!

最後一個最近在重新鞏固的習慣是喝綠茶跟烏龍茶抗氧化跟降低體脂,因為本來我是固定每天非喝茶不可,沒咖啡無感的人,但是因為天氣熱跟暑假忙等因素,有一陣子我沒有一定天天喝茶,可是綠茶跟烏龍茶對於為持較低的體脂跟抗氧化很有幫助,所以我最近開始努力回復每天喝茶的習慣!就是盡量在中午到下午多喝茶,來幫助降低體脂率與抗氧化。

關於補充蛋白質方面,除了偶爾吃海鮮,我最近兩天開始增加了吃富含蛋白質和高纖的健康食物奇亞籽(chia seeds)的習慣,因為我反覆從兩三年前就一直聽到在健身和健康飲食生活的人在談chia seeds或是quinoa(藜麥),但是一直沒有親身嘗試過,想說應該不是很好買到,但總之這兩天我們才開始喝奇亞籽果汁(加入自己打的果汁),也希望能幫助善善上廁所更順暢,還有早上能維持飽足感,午餐前不餓肚子!

(These Photos Come From Tremendous Perseverance)

All of these photos never come easily,
 but instead they come from persistence.

In order to take these photographs,
I need to carry Shan Shan Who is now 22.3 kg 
and walk around all those seats without the wheel chair on the grass in the noon of summer and sweat all over very soon.

這些在桃園大溪天御農場的照片,特別是在倫敦電話亭布景旁的這幾張照片,為什麼我每張都留下,因為它們是很大的堅持跟忍耐換來的。

為了要照這些自然的照片,我們特地選非假日人少的週一才去。然後兒童輪椅停圍欄外,我自己抱著22.3公斤的善善自己走到覺得喜歡的位子,自己再坐下。然後咬牙這樣抱著盡量多找幾個可以拍照又能坐下的好的點,走走抱抱抱上抱下,而且是在正午左右,不需要多久,就會全身冒汗。像是木製小火車,我必須把善善抱進去裏面第一節車廂,再自己去坐好,反反覆覆都是如此。

善善溜滑梯一下子就下來,爸爸又再抱起到溜滑梯最上頭,所以我說給善善玩十次(還要挑非假日沒人時),要爸爸忍耐一下抱上去十趟。

重要的不是實在很耗力氣很累,而是要下定決心,等完成了再休息。沒有先下定決心,就沒有所謂力氣跟興致要從哪裡來。人生中太多事都沒有看起來輕鬆容易,後面都有很多苦功!

跟以前不一樣的就是,以前我們去一個地方會跑點到點到點,現在善善變大變重,我們即使例如桃園有兩三個點可以去,我們寧可分天去,然後一天最多去一個點到兩個點,因為這樣的話外出時只需要幫孩子上下車一次,特別是搬兒童輪椅上車下車,然後抱孩子上車下車這些,就是盡量只跑一個點,或是到石門水庫時,只抱孩子下車找草地或椅子坐,就不再使用兒童輪椅或步行。

我們已經總是非常努力維持生活品質和讓孩子開心!以及永遠努力留下回憶!

最近最愛的是類黃金飾品
(Just Like Real Gold) 

最近我最大的樂趣之一,是欣賞收集類黃金飾品,也就是上面鍍真金,但不是黃金材質的飾品,因為我天生對飾品有一種比衣服還要多的喜愛,因為我喜歡裝飾藝術,欣賞喜愛的飾品會我感到很愉悅和注入正能量。

當然一個人一生擁有最多黃金的時候,是在結婚前後,但後來總之我們家裏不再留有黃金鑽石那些需要擔心的物品,而我覺得如果把珠寶放在保險箱,也根本失去意義,根本太累了!沒有欣賞不能天天戴,有跟沒有一樣。

所以,特別是五月去完倫敦自助旅行之後,我又更想念黃金了,也更愛金色,因為所有皇室建築佈置裏一定運用大量金色,還有倫敦皇家馬廄裡最美的黃金馬車,我更是喜愛金色華麗質感的畫框!而且,一般來說,我非常喜愛金色勝過銀色,金色也比銀色更襯我的天生膚色。

但是,真金有它的許多保存的問題,例如需要擔心,需要保養會變色,然後容易變軟變形,又比較昂貴,或是同ㄧ款式久了會看膩,但又不可能每種款式都買,舊金換新金等於又再ㄧ次消費。

最近發現看起來完全是黃金的類黃金飾品,是用技術在銅合金等材質上鍍一層真金,而且是專門在做金飾的工跟質感,於是不會變軟,不必擔心家裡擺著真金,然後又比黃金平價很多很多倍,跟一般飾品差不多,可是完全像真金沒差別。然後戴在身上,覺得既賞心悅目,完全覺得是黃金,又不必承擔把黃金擺在家裏的壓力和後續保養的麻煩(例如如果定期要拿去金飾店洗,如果都沒有再次消費也很奇怪,會有心裡壓力)。

欣賞著我的類黃金飾品,就覺得有跟黃金一模一樣的愉悅感,可是又沒有真金相對的麻煩擔心。我最愛任何賞心悅目或觸感柔順的物品了!
