Life Journal:我自己覺得,人生最好是愛也愛透,玩也玩透,看也看透;我現在最處在"看也看透"的階段!雖然我們仍然堅持努力環遊世界,或是早期的我把愛情當作是天,是南歐型的轟轟烈烈的多感型熱情的人;或是始終對於創造人生的目的跟意義價值,我有我逐步顯化實現中的目標,每天都很努力在經營在追求,最大可能的利用我的時間同時完成很多事!不過,我之所以習修光的課程,和靈性上的各種自由修持,就是因為我已經在修"看也看透"這一段!就是我覺得,人生能夠曾經濃濃烈烈,什麼都淋漓盡致嘗遍,又能回到一切外在皆幻相,只有心靈歷練是真的淡雅純淨的看也看透境界,就像是一瓶香水,該有的前中後味都有了,都具足無憾了!

Life Journal: 最近以來,帶善善到八里買雪花冰到海邊吃,一邊坐在車子裡看海,已經變成我們最愛的休閒活動之一!我不知道暑假所有有小孩的家庭是不是要體力和荷包更滿才能安然度過暑假?孩子總是期待每天有新鮮又不一樣的活動! 晚上就聽到英文演講裏的笑話:男人來自火星,女人來自金星,孩子來自地獄!總之,有特殊孩子=奉獻一生最珍貴的自由!因此,真心的說,即使也有別的障礙孩子的妹妹長得很可愛!但我真的覺得一生捐出的自由已經太多,遠超出我能給的自由額度!我 只想要多一點點的自由跟安靜也好!自由平等是我的最優先價值,第二價值是生活在美之中......

Life Journal:今天開始每周三晚上持續十一周,我要上遠距光課共修(之前自修半年),感覺十分期待!因為整個善善的暑假我有為自己安排一些進修和療癒類的計劃跟安排,讓處於變動期的我更有內在力量,動力,安定跟盼望!

When life is unkind make a determination to breathe through it and keep your heart open. Choose to love yourself. Pray to see the innocence of the others involved, for all souls, no matter how unevolved are simply trying to find love. The"un-evolv-ed"are those who continue to feel"un-love-d."The ones that hurt you are hurting inside. Don't join them. 當生活是無情的,要決心透過深呼吸去通過它,保持你的心敞開,愛自己,祈禱去看到涉及之人的純真;因為所有的靈魂,無論多麼未開化,都只是在試圖尋找愛! Life Journal:人真的不應該吸菸的理由是因為菸蒂是台灣最煞風景的風景

我在英國留學的時候，其實看到歐洲和英國女人感覺抽菸抽得優雅的人很多，比例也高，當時甚至會美化了抽菸這件事!

不過，直到我們最近在八里海邊看海時，總是看到草地上滿地四處的白色菸蒂，加上真是很煞風景的風景。我覺得那些帶張摺疊椅的人看海放鬆的人，還得視覺上自動跳過地上的垃圾。就連照海景人像時，都得要裁切掉和閃開有明顯遍布菸地的草地，偏偏四處都有，除非修掉，實在很難都沒照到白色菸蒂。

四處遍布可見的那種丟棄在地上的白色菸蒂真的是「最可怕的那種垃圾」，因為吸菸的人並不負責清理自己造成的垃圾，菸蒂既小又不好清理。所以，如果自己想要看到美麗的風景和生活在乾淨的環境，就不要美化抽菸為風尚或舒壓之舉。

因為遍布各地看起來不起眼的菸蒂，其實是最煞風景的風景，和最可怕的積少成多，跟蟑螂一樣不想在地上看到的小東西!看起來隨手一丟感覺事小，其實是天大的不斷在累積，和煞自己共存的環境和風景!

Life Journal: Freedom To Choose 自由與選擇

有些個人或團體基於慈善互助的因素捐助因為各種因素而致某部分弱勢的人，我想短短談一下這件事，就是越是任何助人奉獻之舉越要高度的謙卑或低調，因為收受的ㄧ方其實是非常不得已的。而且，受到捐助奉獻的ㄧ方無法有自由多樣隨心的選擇，好比說我不知道像我們一般投到舊衣回收箱的衣物最後是流通到什麼機構或是人的身上，但是設想，如果是你自己要穿的衣服，不管是平價高價，誰不想穿新的、自己選擇的款式。又好比有時候有些機構團體捐助奉獻便當給弱勢的個人或團體，不過設想，如果是你自己要吃的便當，不管是平價高價，誰不想吃自己選擇的口味的便當呢?

因此，人生最珍貴的其實是自由和有所選擇，越幸福豐盛的人選擇(項)越多!

You have inspiring books to read and programs to watch. You have birds to serenade you with their love songs each morning and night. In harmony, you are in the Light. In disharmony, you are in the dark. Darkness imposes itself upon you.在和諧的狀態裡,你置身於光中;在不和諧裡,你是在黑暗中,黑暗強加於你~Heaven Letters

Life Journal: 人生如衣櫃 & 清理

隨著我媽的年紀漸增，來台北幫忙的天數和頻率就是隨她的年紀遞減(其他時候等於我們全年全時無休隨時待命輪流或一起照顧善善和做事)，然後她來的時候，除了我們每天把握一點時間車去遠一點點的地方走走(如從八里走六一快速公路開到底到新竹縣新豐)，那條路可以看到風力發電的大風車和看海又不會塞車，是我的看雲看海看天空放空最愛之一)。

我的另外兩個最愛是桃園大溪和復興鄉，和繞基隆港北海岸又從金山陽明山回家!我熱愛大自然跟大海和一片綠蔭，任何人少安靜只有音樂的地方!外帶八里好吃的三十多種口味的彩虹雪雪花冰邊看海邊吃，真是滋潤心靈!

我媽來幫忙時，我還有好多家裡的區塊要重新整理，例如衣櫃和每個櫃子抽屜空間!因為整理完，平日使用狀態一陣子，還是得全部取出重新整理整齊或淘汰!我在整理時，有個體會是，人生的豐盛和需要就像理想的衣櫃一樣。最好就是裡面的都是現在剛好需要合身的衣物，款式數量和上下半身剛好，且不太大太小，不零亂塞滿衣櫃顯得毫無質感又零亂，同時反而因此找不到需要的!

任何人生裡的豐盛跟需求，最好都是當下剛剛好適合自己的，然後持續永恆。而不是突然塞入一堆不需要不合身的，或是過多的，就是說真正的豐盛就是給你你真正需要的人事物和機會，然後剛剛好，不太多也不太少，但是持續永恆!
